At Hurricane Snacks, we take pride in carefully packing every order with authentic Louisiana favorites. Your support means the world to our small business, and we want you to have a great experience with every purchase.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been shipped or delivered.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item(s), or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please email us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged package and/or product (if applicable)

After reviewing your claim, we will gladly replace the affected item(s) or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for:

• Damaged items
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received
• Missing items from your order

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Shipping Information

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we are happy to assist if your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit.
